Enter your discount code at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically as soon as you click "Apply".
1. Can I use multiple discount codes or stack gifts?
No, it's not possible to stack discounts and/or gifts. This means customers can not apply a discount code on top of a set deal or free product that's given during a (limited-time) promotion. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
2. If I received a free item, can I keep it?
If you would like to return your order for a refund, any free promotional items included with the order must also be returned. If you choose to keep the free item, its retail value will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. What happens to my discount if I exchange a product?
The discount on your original order remains unchanged. We will only approve the exchange if you wish to exchange the product for the same product in a different color or size at the same price. If you choose a product with a different price, we will send you an invoice for the difference. Once the payment has been completed, we will ship the item to you.
