If you placed an order online, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

A withdrawal request means that you want to cancel the purchase under your legal right of withdrawal. This is different from a regular return or exchange request.

To request a withdrawal, please use the Withdraw Order (EU) button. This will take you to the Returnless portal, where you can submit your withdrawal request using your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once your request has been processed and the returned item has been received and checked, we will refund you according to our return and refund policy.

For regular returns or exchanges, please use our standard return portal instead.
