If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it’s super simple to return with our 21-day return policy. The conditions for exchange are dependent on the following: the items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have all tags attached.

Exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited. To exchange an item, please fill in our exchange form.

For EU Orders: Please use our dedicated return portal: Cortazu Return Portal. Follow the steps outlined to initiate your return or exchange.

For Orders from Switzerland, Canada, the US, and the UK: Visit our return portal: Cortazu Returns Portal. Look up your order using your email and order number. Don’t forget to prefix the order number with "#" for UK and US orders.

*Purchases made before February 5th, 2026, remain eligible for the 30-day return period.
