Getting store credit for your Cortazu product return is easy and free-of-charge.

For EU Orders:
Use our dedicated return portal: Cortazu Return Portal. Follow the steps to initiate your return and choose the store credit option.

For Orders from Switzerland, US, and UK:
Visit our return portal: Cortazu Returns Portal. Look up your order using your email and order number (don’t forget to prefix the order number with "#" for UK and US orders). Choose the store credit option during the return process.

General Requirements: Ensure your product:

Still has its original tags attached
Is unused and in its original condition

No Return Fees:
When you opt for store credit, there’s no handling fee or return charge.

Store Credit Details:

Coupon Code: Once we receive and verify the product's condition, we'll issue you a coupon code for the value paid for the returned product.
Usage: The coupon can be applied to any product on our website during checkout.
Expiration: The coupon is valid for one year from the date of issue.
