My package is stuck at customs, what should I do?Updated 5 hours ago

If your package is stuck at customs, the best course of action is to communicate with your customs office to determine when the package will be released, wait for the processing period to be completed, and pay any required fees. We are not responsible for this, as we have no control over national laws.

Please note that Customs departments may experience delays during peak periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, and local public holidays. These delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

We recommend keeping an eye on your email and text messages for any communication from customs or the courier regarding your delivery. (These messages can sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder.)

While we’re unable to speed up customs processing, we’re happy to follow up with the courier if there’s been no update on your tracking for more than two weeks.

(Please note: customs delays do not count towards the standard delivery timeline.)

If this applies to your order, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
