How can I alter my ongoing order?
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment partner begins processing it as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Due to this streamlined process, we’re unable to modify the details of an order once it has entered the shipping stage.
If you'd like to add or change items, you’ll need to place a new order. Please note that shipping costs cannot be waived—even for same-day orders—as our warehouse follows strict policies.
If your order wasn’t placed correctly, you have two options:
Refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be returned to us automatically.
Accept the package, then follow our return process to send it back.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations are only possible before the order has been packed and shipped. If you’ve already received your order confirmation, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to assist.
If the package has already shipped, you can:
Wait for it to arrive and then start a return.
Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we’ll issue your refund.
How can I change the shipping address?
If you’ve received your shipping confirmation, contact us right away at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address in time.
Alternatively, once your order is with the shipping provider, you may be able to request a delivery change directly through their platform.
