All products that are in stock will be packed and shipped within 1-2 working days in The Netherlands. Orders placed during weekends will be packed and shipped on the following Monday. It depends on the shipping destination, but we intend to deliver all orders within 1-12 working days. For other countries, please check our "Shipping" section in our Help Center.

For pre-orders, the delivery depends strictly on the product release date as mentioned on the product page. We strive to meet the promised delivery date, but sometimes there can be unexpected delays due to actors beyond our control (e.g., manufacturing delays, and shipping issues). These delays may result in the delivery date being postponed slightly.
